The Jen is an extremely comfortable hotel. The location is fantastic at one end of Orchard Road with all the malls etc. within easy reach. But more importantly, the Orchard boulevard MRT station on the TE Line is right across the street which makes getting around extremely easy. The hotel is also connected to the Tanglin Mall via a walkway so that one can get to the mall without having to walk outside. This proved especially useful since unusually for Singapore it rained almost every day for the week I was there. There is a very nice swimming pool and a gym. The staff are extremely polite and helpful (as is true for all of Singapore in general) and among other things accommodated my request for an early check in the day I arrived. All in all I highly recommend the Jen.

The room is so clean and excellent service offered by the staff. From the driveway up to the delivering of the luggage to the room. Except for the staff in the pool area. Not as friendly as the other staff. The room service is also excellent! I love the structure of the hotel itself and the room’s view.
