Very nicely renovated apartment with all the amenities you can think of. We were there during extreme heat conditions and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The washing machine and dish washer were an extra bonus. We also asked for a coffee maker and the owners provided a Bosch capsule coffee maker and provided enough capsules for the whole stay.
The location is perfect! Just a short walk downtown, it's a quiet street and there's free, secure parking.
The owners offered cleaning, clean bedding and towels mid-stay if we wanted.
We're definitely going to try to book this place for our next trip if it's available.

The most comfortable beds we ever had on any trip! The whole apartment was very lovely. It is located right between the train/bus (main) station and the city center and still very quiet at night. They installed insect screens at one window in every room, so we could cool down the apartment at night, leaving the windows open and it still was quiet. Just perfect :) The shower even offered different kinds of shampoos and soaps. At many points you could just see the thoughtfulness: the owner really understands what you need while traveling.
