Staff were exceptionally friendly, boutique hotel experience so much more personal. Breakfasts were superb quality. Location is great amongst top varied restaurant options and easy walk to BTS and malls. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

Very clean and the staff were amazing. Very helpful in every aspect. The room was spacious and felt very cozy like my home. They offer free shuttle tuktuk service to the closest MRT station so you don't have to walk yourself. The nearby MRT takes you to the main attractions around the area. Also has a 7-Eleven right outside the doorstep which was handy! The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here at the start of our trip to Thailand and since we loved the Sotetsu Grand Fresa so much we changed our plans & returned to celebrate our anniversary. The location is excellent as it is in the Sukhumvit area close to the BTS and MRT but it's on a side street so there is no noise from the main road. This is one of its greatest assets and is non-negligable. The hotel has a minimalist Japanese aesthetic, the rooms are comfortable and decent in size. There are Japanese toilets in every room. The rooftop swimming pool is the perfect temperature. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were so sweet to decorate our bed and write a card for our anniversary.
There's also luggage storage available.

The location of the hotel is top notch. On arrival, we received a very warm welcome from our host. Even though we booked our stay at the last moment, everything was prepared for us on the spot. Our room was bright, spacious and of a high standard. Same as the bathroom and the kitchen, which is enormous, but cosy at the same time (flowers and colors arrangement create brilliant atmosphere). Toast and eggs for breakfast were a nice surprise, just enough to get us ready for our day trip in Bangkok. Can't forget to mention that all areas are perfectly clean which made our stay truly unforgettable.
