From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay. It was an absolute delight throughout.
We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.
The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way.
Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out.
We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

The location was easily accessible by public transit. The room was well organized, in our case, a separate living area, kitchen and glass walll enclosed bedroom. Having laundry was a plus. It was fun to hang out at the 18th floor pool and look at the city lights. There is a 7-eleven near the entrance of the hotel to pick up drinks, snacks and everything else. The breakfast buffet was absolutely AMAZING.

Great service and attention, 100% cleanliness, perfect infinity pool, opulent breakfast, good location, amazing coctails in lobby bar (the signature gin tonic is a must).

We were so impressed by our stay at the Sukhothai. From the check in process which began in the lounge with a welcome drink, to our departure two days later, everything was impeccable. The staff in particular deserve a special mention especially Noom who greeted us. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we had ever slept in. We can’t wait to come back.

The Reception Counter staff, Ms Dream and Ms Orawee attended to us. We had some mix up with the booking due to first name and last name confusion. It was sorted smoothly and with kind smiles. Thank you so much to the attentiveness and patience of Ms Dream. Her kindness made for a wonderful start of our stay at the hotel. My dad even got a chocolate cake from the staff as he was celebrating his birthday at BKK. The staff were lovely people. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Central World was a 5 mins walk away. What more could a vacationer ask for? :)
