Wonderful clean apartment with everything you need for the perfect stay in Bkk.
We had just finished a trip around Cambodia and really wanted to rest up. This was the perfect place to do this.
Even had a washing machine and dryer you could use on every floor, we found this incredibly useful.
Staff were excellent and came to clean our room everyday.
There is a free Tuk Tuk to take you to the station, easy ride to all the tourist sites
Lots of restaurants nearby, plenty of food options and the malls a 5 min walk.
711 at the end of the road.
We liked it so much we stayed longer.
The Owner was a really nice man, he really made sure his guests had everything they needed.
We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Bkk.

Everything. Lovely quiet stay, extremely comfortable beds and great facilities. The owner is so lovely and can answer any queries you may have. Very near markets and has a shopping centre 1 min walk away. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Bangkok

Great house in Rama 9, walking distance to MRT and Jodd Fair night market. Close to Central mall, with modern asian decor, 3 bedrooms with all private bathroom, a big balcony, and free parking. Mr. Kauf was very accommodative during the check-in as our international cards were not working and some payments issue cropped up. He was lenient with the advance deposit and allowed us to stay. As international travelers it is very comforting when money related issues are handled on trust and not always as mentioned in hotel policies. Location is close to a metro station which saves on unnecessary bus travel and costly tuk-tuk rides. During our check-out, the manager in-charge helped us in booking a big car from his local taxi-aggregator app for the airport drop. All-in-all very good place.
