The stay at Baan Tepa Boutique House was excellent and surpassed all expectations. The couple running it are incredibly hospitable. They accommodated us immediately in a provisional room since we arrived at 7am, so we could rest until our room was ready. The garden is very green and super pleasant, everything is made from wood and very well preserved and clean. The breakfast is also great. We were treated as being at home. The neighbourhood is very calm and has a local atmosphere. There is no BTS or MRT nearby - but the river water boat station is barely 10 min walking from the house, and moving with the water bots is a super nice way to experience Bangkok.

This is a beautiful place. The rooms have character, everything is clean, the bed was comfortable and the host is super friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. It's a nice and quiet family home with beautiful energy, where the host makes you feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

2 nights at The Siam felt much longer as you enter an oasis in the middle of a vibrant but chaotic city. Our butler curated wonderful day trips, we had great dinners and the spa has to be seen to be believed. No pictures can show how beautiful the property is and its many corners filled with curios and antiques.

The perfect place! Excellent location with a stunning view. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfy, well decorated, and not too much stuff. I would highly recommend this special house as a palace to stay. :)
