Wonderfull hotel with excellent service. Very clean and everything was solved at highest level of professionalizm and perfection. The pool is beautiful and not too crowded (we did not expect that and were very happy in the end). The consiarge arranged everything we desired (daily taxi toures, etc..)

Very large room and high ceiling. Also they have Michelin chef for their Thai restaurant. Room service and airport pick up are also very valuable. Excellent in-room massage service for parents who has no maid with. Around hotel, super market is convenient, and restaurants have multiple choices, and good quality food! Love to stay in greens and keep away from busy city chaos.

Staff were incredibly professional. Check in went really smooth as well. I enjoyed the gym as it included all machines that are found in standard gyms. Breakfast hours were also very generous.

Checking in was a bit slow but very personal and attentive . We had 2 suites at the tower club (lounge access ) , very clean suite , nice bathrooms , the furniture a bit outdated but still charming and the VIEW , just amazing ( 54 th and 58 th floor ) , again my daughter's BD was taken very seriously with cake delivered to our room and personal messages from the staff .
The lounge at the 52 nd floor was wonderful , you could sit there all day and just being pampered . The staff is superb
all over the hotel . Truly a delightful visit. We were very happy to be back to Lebua , our last visit was way too long ago .
