It was just so lovely clean modern the views were spectacular from the bar ans restaurant the food was lovely and they were so helpful
We were on our last night in Thailand we previously stayed at another hotel at the start of our holiday and wished we had stayed here the area seems quite nice we didn’t really discover it as the hotel was too nice to leave it if we visit Bangkok again we will definitely stay here

The Grand Hyatt never fails to impress, location is superb right by the busiest city centre with connection to the sky walk which connects you to most of the shopping mall around that area. The rooms are just big enough for 2 people to enjoy, all the staffs were well trained and extremely helpful and friendly, hotel facilities were great. Definitely will be back to the same hotel again for my future trip to Bangkok.

The room is bigger than I expected and it's clean. The most important is well soundproofed that I had a great sleep during my stay. Swimming pool is clean, and all the hotel staff are kind and friendly. Such a good hotel!
