From the start till the end I felt like I am in 5 star hotel - this hotel should deserve it!. Super polite staff with perfect English, noting was a problem and all my requests were met. For the price the rooms are stunning, I had even one with a bath tub which is a big plus for me. Complimentary treats to your room, unexpected upgrade, all these things made my stay unforgettable. I am still raving about this place and whenever I will visit Bangkok, this is the place I book. The restaurant has delicious drinks and food, the staff is attentive. I miss it already. Outstanding service! The hotel staff (Tom if i am not mistaken) helped me find my bag left at the airport. He made contact directly to the airport at that night. He is so friendy, fast respond, patience and very professional. Hotel located in the middle of complex goverment area bit a way from the main road, but not problem for us we use always taxi or grab. Breakfast is very tasty and generous options. Again thanks you for such welcome and professional service.
