Cleanliness and spacious : have never seen a hostel that is so clean and spacious in about 18 countries I have been so far. The dorms and the beds are huge and makes one feel like they are in a hotel room. The hostel is also very big.

The property is very clean and the owners are extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything at any time. Will definitely come again . Worth Coming

Comfortable, quiet & safe place :)

Location: i had an early bus so this was as good as you can get. 10/10 Wi-Fi: best in class. Bed: comfy western style (not hard) Cleanliness: 11/10 The laundry is paid in coins but you dont have to go far to do a last minute one. Kitchen: for longer stays the communal kitchen has it all, the fridge has plenty of space. You also have a fridge in your room. Although there is no one to talk to, via whatsapp you’ll get everything sorted.

Everything, it felt more like a homestay. Absolutely love it 😍😊 i will stay again whenever I am traveling to Bangkok!

Amazing area. Amazing place. Very well managed by Daniel and Anita both. Both are super friendly and super nice. I asked her for recommendations and she sent me places to eat, massage places, even places for SIM card as well. One of the best stays I've had in Thailand and this is a 100% recommended place for everyone. You won't find such hospitality in the whole of Thailand. I wish them both the best of luck for their business in the future.

Everything was excellent from the start. Staff were kind and helpful, the room clean and comfy and the breakfast varied and delicious. Then there was an earthquake! The first one in Bangkok for at least 30 years I'm told. Here is where the staff went absolutely above and beyond! Despite having never experienced an earthquake before the staff (every single one that I could see) stayed calm and collected and focused on helping the guests. They knocked on doors to make sure everyone was out, they directed guests to the emergency stairs, handed out water on the way down and I even personally witnessed a staff member helping a man carry his wife down the stairs as another member of staff followed with her crutches. Once everyone was outside the hotel the emergency do not cross line was up in no time, staff were asking after guest's well being, somehow produced a chair for the lady on crutches and continued to hand out water. They also helped stop traffic and lead guests over the 4 lanes to the other side just in case. I would personally like to thank John, Ae, Zach and Nani for their exceptional treatment of me during the whole crisis. Once the building was safe to reenter, the staff were immediately manning the lobby desk to field questions and help as they were able. The elevators were non functional pending inspection which is clearly something the staff have no control over but they were still apologising for the inconvenience and in one case I witnessed helping a guest who asked for it get their luggage from the room despite having to climb up to the 30th floor. Everyone that wanted to check out was offered a refund on the rest of their stay but what amazed me as I chose to stay was that the next morning they had already cleaned the corridors of any debris from cracked walls and ceilings, were working hard on cleaning all the rooms and even had the breakfast service up and running!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're in Bangkok, for all kinds of reasons. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and decent linen. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There's a common room downstairs with a piano and a selection of board games (should you wish to have some scrabble fun!). The place is extremely clean. And they even serve bread and jam in the morning (you can have free coffee at any time of the day). Finally, it's great value - the price is incredibly reasonable. I am so glad I stayed here and would gladly come back, should I return to Bangkok.

I have had a lovely stay at Siam Palace hotel. I opted for a delux room which was spacious and had one balcony. The basic toiletries were present in the room with one bottle of mineral water. They have lift so taking your luggage up and down is not a problem. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They helped me book bikes and cars through their apps. It's closely located to the BTS station (15 min walk) and approx 3 km from Chatuchak weekend market.
