The hotel is in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly — from the security guard at the entrance, to the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The hotel is neat and clean. Compliments to the breakfast — it was very interesting to try foods that are not part of a typical European breakfast, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

New hotel conveniently situated close to Sukhumvit. Very comfortable ample suits. Particularly enjoined the gorgeous pool and onsen. I have stayed in many good hotels in Bangkok, but would definetly come back! Very nice and attentive personnel. Great value
