The location of the hotel is ideal, very safe area, well connected to public transport and close to many shopping malls, restaurants etc. Regarding breakfast even the most demanding appetites will be fulfilled as several tasty options are available among which Continental, Asian etc. All the facilities are very clean and the rooms are spacious & ergonomic. Last but not least the staff is very kind and always happy to assist.

We went to Sivatel as a family of 3 for 7 days. We had a very spacious apartment overlooking Bangkok City Skyline.
All the facilities in the hotel were very good.
Breakfast outside overlooking the pool was a must. Small selection of sweet stuffs but salty options did not disappoint.
All the staff was so friendly. Always smiling and ready to help you with anything. Special thank you to Prissy who was always trying her best to give us the best tips to visit Bangkok. We will definitely come back!!

For a soft opening this operation is being run insanely smooth. They have already found a delicate balance between discreet and personable. The front office manager and the restaurant manager are worth their weight in gold. FS, Capella and Mandarin better watch their back.

This hotel is the best we have been in Bangkok for the price. I've been in 4 hotels there, all of them more expensive. It is in the center and the room was excellent. Big with good views and even kitchen. The quality is stunning for the price. Breakfast was optional.

Central embassy mall is nearby, if anybody wishes to shop from the top brands.
Room is great for one, a little tight for 2.
