Perfect stay for one night before our flight, while travelling with our two cats! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The family room was perfect for the 4 of us with our two cats. We could have our dinner there. We highly recommend this pet friendly hotel near the airport.

More of a 'local' hotel for people who need to stay in Bangkok but definitely not touristy. It's far from any tourist spots and with traffic in Bangkok the best option is taking a taxi around, which is OK. It's close to the airport so good if you just need to stop over the night. Staff were really helpful. Room was big, bed was massive and really comfortable. Complimentary water is great too with the hit weather. I liked being on the 8th floor, it's nice to be up high.

I loved that they have small thoughtful gifts and things to make the guest experience more enjoyable e.g. bottomless tea/coffee/chocolate and bread at the reception, free snacks and soda in your room... Small things but they left a lasting impression on my kids and to them, it was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. It is also close to nice food joints so we had good options on where to eat. I also likes that they do Landry at a very minimal fee or you can do your own laundry for even cheaper at their laundromat.

Unexpected the nice and cozy room in such a location like this. The location place in the middle of nature, inside also have it own restaurant (also good one easy and breezy) Staffs also great service mind. I feel very comfy and relaxing. Bank, the owner speaks perfect English, is patient and professional and has a good sense of humour. He was both exceptionally accomodating and friendly and he puts you at ease. Really super guy! Upon arrival he spoke to me on the phone to ensure a smooth check in. Minutes later he quietly knocked on my room door to properly introduce himself. He also got my wechat contact and we periodically chatted. his response time was almost immediate. in addition, he jumped at the chance to assist whenever he was needed and he was generous with his time. I had a lovely stay with my husband. He says it is the best bed he has slept in. He slept alot!
