From the time we arrived to the time we checked out everything was great, the staff were attentive, personable and immaculately dressed. The suite was large, the décor was very nice and the facilities were excellent. The Club Lounge was also a great experience, as was the view from the roof top bar.

Everything can be arranged, including services such as a nanny. This allowed my husband and me to go out for dinner by ourselves.
In addition, during our stay, our second child sustained a head insury after jumping and hitting his head on a coffee table. Fortunately, BNH hospital is located directly across the street, so we were able to reach the emergency room within 15 minutes of the incident.

The balcony was the highlight for me it had such a beautiful view day and night . The room was clean and spacious with a small kitchen and a fridge, too.
The location was awesome, 5 min walk from the BTS, and the neighborhood was calm, especially at night.
The manager was very helpful and they were nice and disposed of my old suitcase for me and saved me a lot of hassles
There is also a washing machine and a hanger if one wants to wash clothes.
