Highlight-the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Thiland, here we experience the best service! Super sweet, always offering us free snacks, beverage, even gave us souvenirs when we checked out, and let us use the lobby after we checked out and gave us the same service as the time we were guests! I have no doubt to stay here again next time visiting Bangkok.

Everything was exceptional. From the friendly staff, to the beautiful room, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the facilities in the hotel. I'm vegan and the staff were happy to accomodate my diet during breakfast as I couldn't have much of what was on offer from the buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
