We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds.
And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over.
they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice
to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work.
My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry.

Truly everything!
It's a brand new hotel (as for October 2024) and the facilities are amazing, the location is just what you need, in a center spot on the Chaweng with access to the ocean. Highly recommend!

I cannot rate this hostel highly enough! It is simply the BEST in Koh Samui. The staff, Wan & Piak, went above and beyond everyday during our stay, from helping us finding a rental scooter place, to asking how our day was, and overall just being such lovely helpful people, they definitely made our stay feel like home ( the fluffy blankets were a bonus too!!). All of the facilities were cleaned every single day, the rooms smelt amazing, and the location itself was very good!
We felt so sad to leave here- we absolutely loved it, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Samui! ❤️

Rooms are beautiful and quiet, and it is on a really nice part of the beach in Chaweng. The resort is really clean and has lots of lovely trees and gardens and a nice pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful they made my stay really easy and were very kind. I will definitely stay here again. This is a really good value hotel option and a nice mix of families, solo travellers and older people.

The last time I stayed at this hotel was in 2017. Since then, the hotel has improved significantly. Both the rooms and the pool area have become very beautiful. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to the hotel's location, right in the busiest part of Chaweng. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Spending time by the pool during the day is a lot of fun. All the staff members are very friendly and attentive. The beach parties in the evenings create an incredible atmosphere. Whenever I come to Koh Samui, I always stay at this hotel, and I have never been disappointed.
