The best hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice, helped us a lot. My little son's favorite toy was left in the room, after we left and at my request, it was sent by post after us. They are very kind.

What there is not to like?the best hotel in all of Thailand (we have been to so many)cozy ,the kindest personalitys are working in this hotel ,smart English speaking personnel ,the best food that we ate in Thailand and vegan 100% with the best quality ingredients,superb breakfast ,all rooms look towards the swimming pool , soundproof rooms (wich is rare to find in Thailand),place to rent and park your bike (rent bike from hotel)we felt like we have visited our family on holidays,the hotel is located in the centre of everything that chiang Mai has to offer from bars to laundry shops ,from night bazars to flower festival in a walking distance.
All this is possible to the leadership manager mrs Sirikat,we saw this lovely lady inspecting everything from breakfast to how the personnel was dressed or looked We need such leaders because it is important to be perfect everyday not ones every now and then,her kindness and politeness is the highest in Thailand transmitting her love to the rest of the hotel

The owners Burt and his wife are lovely friendly people who really make you feel at home. I pre booked before I left for next year because I know the European will become very popular and it will become difficult to get in. Lucky for me this place is brand new and not very well known but that will change very fast.
I would advise you book early to avoid disappointment.
