Location a bit outside of the old city center of Chiang Mai approx. 20 min. walking distance in an authentic local neighbourhood with a market nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful with any reuqest we had, and the breakfast was also very good with a varied selection. Overall great value for money.

Location is very nice - not in the touristic city center, a bit on the outer side, in a very quiet area, but literally 1-2 minutes walk from food, shopping and all the traffic ;)
Room was extremely spacious and we had the room with balcony which is very nice, but do not expect a view coming with it ;)
There have always been some fruit next to reception that could be taken, as well as hot water and tea/coffee.
Rental bikes are a really nice touch too!

Chor Chang House is a really quiet and calm place. Our room was perfect with a beautiful view of the mountains of Chiang Mai.
The family staff was so kind and helpful with our requests (early breakfast, booking of tours, deposit of our baggages before and after check-out).
Breakfast was amazing!
