The support from the staff was truly exceptional. On the day of our departure, we unfortunately left behind a very important wallet. It contained many items we needed immediately after returning home, but since we had already passed through the security check, we were unable to return to the hotel to retrieve it. Despite this, the wallet was kindly delivered all the way to the airport and handed over to the airport staff.
We are sincerely grateful to the wonderful staff member, Ms. Froy, for her outstanding support. Thank you very much.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them! Drinking water,coffee and soft drinks provided. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable.

After staying with you for a week
We must say that we had the best
Experience ever !!! The hotel is beautiful , very well designed with super interesting architecture and one of a kind art pieces every where you look.
The breakfast is over the top great and every morning was a culinary experience that lasted until the day after .
The place is always clean and the unlimited complimentary coffee and tea area are a super fun touch .
The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the garden as a relaxing area after all our touring and exploring of the wonderful Chiang Mai area.
But above all are the staff which will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and more than at home .
Each and every one was so kind and helpful...the hotel service is truly amazing! There's no doubt about it ..
