The room was a perfect place to work for me, very clean and spacious, with a balcony and a view. It's not in the center but there's a 7/11 and a laundrymat close by and everything is accessible with grab. Very good place to stay!

I loved everything. It’s away from the hustle of the city. Secluded, quiet and peacefull. The rooms are traditional but very stylish, clean and very comfortable. The homestay offers beautiful swimming pool that has the view of the river and 2 saunas. I loved that it was very little people since there are maybe only 5-6 bungalows and few rooms. You feel like at home. Very well kept garden. Breakfast was very satisfying, personalised ( I don’t like pineapples, I didn’t say that, but the next day the girl noticed it and gave me papaya and mango). The host and the owner are wonderful people. The host helped me a lot, agreed to keep my big bag while I traveled with scooter to Pai for 2 days. This is why.. I came back for one more night to experience this inspiring atmosphere. Absolutely recommend you to stay here!

This place is located just outside the walled city, which is why this was the only place available when every other place was fully booked due to Loy Krathong. The building is enormous, and the rooms are also very spacious, with plenty of walking space available and large balconies with views of the hills around Chiang Mai. There is also plenty of parking space and a huge lobby. There are three washing machines available, which is a bonus.
