What a great place!
We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect, right in the centre of the city and near Nong Buak Haad park which is ideal for relaxing after a warm day in the city, so peaceful. People were so friendly and helpful at the guesthouse, we were amazed by the delocious breakfast, mango sticky rice, Pad thai and many fruits, so tasty and fresh. We loved the balcony where you could just chill and enjoy a cozy place with a nice view of the busy street, our room was clean and everything was perfect. We also booked a trip to Doi Inthanon, right at the guesthouse, with a discount and we had a great day.
We will definitely come back again and stay for more days, thank you for a lovely experience!

Aksara is in a great location to explore Chiang Mai. Even though it is in the middle of town, it has a lovely relaxed and quiet ambiance.. the monks chanting from the temple next door are an added bonus. The staff are wonderful, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is varied with plenty of options both continental and local. The rooms are gorgeous with a great shower, and the pool is nice and refreshing after a long day of exploring.
Definitely recommend, we were sad to leave!

the staff is very friendly and helpful and provide you with good tips on things to do in the surrounding area. The hostel itself is high quality. I saw a cleaner every day and the mixed dorm where I stayed was nice and quiet. If you search for a social and nice hostel search no further, this is the place you need to be.
