Stayed for three nights with my 13-Year-Old daughter. Great location, close to everything but tucked away and quiet on the edge of the downtown core. The staff are lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included and good, with fresh brewed coffee, juice, fresh fruit, pastries, tea and your choice of things like scrambled eggs with sausage. The pool is small but cool and a great spot after a hot day touring.

Paul & Kooki are both very nice and supportive. I really enjoyed the stay and liked the vibe in the hostel.
The common areas are too comfortable to move. Haha.
It's exactly the vibe of Chiangmai. :)
The bed was also set up in good design with curtain, charger, and night light in every bed.
The bed struture is also very stable that you rarely felt the movement of upper bed.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is very laid back and makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean, and have a small table and area to hang some clothes. The location in the Old Town is great. The guesthouse is located in a way that you have no noise from the street it is on.

Everything about Villa Thai Orchid was truly exceptional. The staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. We arrived very early in the morning and left for a full-day excursion right away. Although it was long before the check-in time, we could use all the facilities, leave our laundry and even have some snacks and water in the lobby. When we came back late in the evening, our bags were already in the room and clean laundry was waiting for us. When we were leaving, the hosts also helped us with the transfer to the railway station. The villa is very clean and hiding in a quiet street very close to the city centre. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay at the villa again.
