The place is excellent value for money, very clean and well maintained. Owner is super kind and helpful, seems like a family run business, very friendly place:) although it’s technically outside the city walls, it is very close to everything either on foot or via tuktuk (always available nearby, and app also works well). It is an easy 25 min walk to the opposite side of the city (south gate), leading through various sights and stores, but food night market around the accommodation (like 3 min walk) is also really good. 10/10 especially for owner, cleanliness, value for money and location.

You need to book this place if you want to meet two lovely people and an amazing home! We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts are so nice, very helpful and they give the best recommendations for what to visit in Chiang Mai! The garden is very beautiful and peaceful and the rooms are at the highest cleaning level and we really liked the design. We will come back for sure!
