Everything was perfect: room was clean, position is great, breakfast was amazing, the owner/receptionist is very kind and helpful.
The quality/price ratio is incredible: the guesthouse provide a room cleaning service, a cheap and great laundry service and the breakfast is fresh and healthy.
We travelled all around Thailand and this was definitely the BEST stay.

The room was clean, spacious and modern. The staff made us feel like home. It was my birthday and I mentioned it just randomly in the check in and they brought me a cake and sing a song. They also arranged a taxi for us that picked us from the airport and brought us to the hotel. Incredible experience!

We absolutely love this place. The location, the spacious rooms, the excellent service, the authentic vibe. But above all: the staff. They are so kind, open and professional. Our daughter Juna of 1,5 years old absolutely adored them. And we liked talking to them. No question was too much for them. We got great advice for things to eat and to do in Chiang Mai. They made us feel very welcome. We will come back!

We loved the host. Super friendly and helpful. She arranged laundry and vehicle rentals for us. The pool is also a lovely plus with a beautiful skyline view of Chiang Mai old town. There’s lots of restaurants in walking distance and the big Sunday night market is just 2 blocks away.
