Everything, the people working there were super kind, the room was very clean, the swimming pool was perfect and it is only 15 minutes walking to the city center. (You can also book motorbikes in the hostel).

This place is truly an oasis of calm. Calm professionalism, politeness, thoughtfulness and care. Julian and his staff excelled at all times, including through the famous earthquake. I wasn't too keen to be on an upper floor in case of aftershocks and he kindly found me something at ground level. I travel a lot. This was a really nice version of 5-star. Formal but not stiff. Attentive but not intrusive. I will be back.

It's on a quiet street with good restaurants nearby. There is a local Thai restaurant opposite the road. We ate there 3 times. 3-5 mins walk to a brand new good pizza place. Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly , pool is clean (even we didn't use it during our stay in December, it was a bit cold) . Breakfast is good. It's not too far from night market, Central Mall etc. we have a car so getting to Nimman area was not an issue. We also took grab car there once, and it was only 125 bhat during non peak hour and 240 bhat for peak hour. We have enjoyable stay . Highly recommend!

Everything was really good as we were expected.
The staff is really nice, treatment amazing very helpful and very police with a smile to us in every moment.
The location is really good, the hotel is very clean and beautiful.

The pool are so good quiet and clean and the room was big nice and the terrace with a nice view to the pool and relaxing waterfalls noise that could be longer open sounds ❤️

Baan Orapin is an oasis within Chiang Mai. The staff is extremely friendly, the room was georgious and the garden and pool absolutely great and quite. We would come back to Chiang Mai only because of this hotel!
