Everything was just perfect. The location, and with everything the Resort has to offer, you can calm down und relax your whole stay. Loved the bungalow, loved the beach, loved the cocktails. Amazing.

Thank you for the very warm welcome. Lovely place so comfortable, quiet.and clean 5min walk to the beach We just loved it and are already to come back longer. One night was not enough. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk and for helping us with the taxi on the way back. Memorable stay.

I extended my stay and would definitely come back. I guess that says it all! The staff is super friendly and they are very helpful and caring!!! I can only agree with all the positive reviews and highly recommend staying here! And to all who complain about the roosters and chicken running around and waking them up early: book a city trip! If you struggle with the heat: book a room with AC. (I stayed in one without AC for the first two nights. It was okay and you can definitely also just go with only a fan. But for me personally the AC was a game changer.) Mosquitos? - Guess what! They are all over Thailand and Asia! So again: book a city trip in Europe or just bring a good mosquito spray along. The bed has a mosquito net and the staff supplies you every day with mosquito repellent!

Close to the beach, good AC in the room, can get discount at Together cafe which is also nice place. All the staffs are really nice people, warm and welcoming environment!

Absolutely everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food and drinks were amazing and the staff are the absolute best! Its size, personal touch and the way it is run really do make it feel like you are being hosted by friends. I also had an accident there and they made every effort to make sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

If you are going to Koh Lanta you have to stay here. It is the best place. We had a wonderful time here. Everything is perfect. Great food, great beach, great pool. The bungalows are super nice. Everything is well thought through and the hosts really make you feel at home. Don't let other reviews fool you (from pre december 2022), the place has new owners and it has been completely redesigned. We stayed at some supposedly 5-star places in Thailand and this is way better. Highly recommended! Still dreaming about the breakfast, and the dinners and all of it :) We even got an upgrade.

The staff are the nicest people on the planet. They were very helpful when booking activities on the island. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Such a fantastic guest house, run by the most accommodating, kind and attentive family. They went above and beyond to help us in every way during our stay at Baiyok house. The room we had was a great size, very clean and a generous double bed with wonderful views over a forest hill. Shower has great pressure and gets nice and hot. Turn downs, fresh towels and room refresh are done to keep it nice during your stay. We were unexpectedly provided a freshly cooked Thai breakfast on two of our mornings, which was absolutely yummy! One morning we couldn't have this as we went diving, but fresh food was generously prepared for us on our return which we didn't expect, but were really grateful for... If you're a diver you'll know what kind of hunger we had after 3 dives... So kind! On other mornings fresh fruit and some biscuits were available. There are various coffee sachets and biscuits available in the kitchen for any time of the day you fancy a snack and they kindly do all the washing up and keep the area really tidy. There's another communal area you can enjoy eating breakfast in to save any smell or crumbs in your room, our just to hang out in if you need a little change of scenery. It's a modern guest house with old school values which we found to be absolutely charming and generous. The location is great, just a walk across the main road and down to the centre of phra ae beach in five minutes. Plenty of nice eateries on the road, would suggest The Glass House & The Backyard. Really well stocked local supermarket a few doors down as well, for anything you need. Seven eleven also available but a bit further away. Also a place to do your washing just down the road, 3 min walk away, ours all came back smelling really fresh and no colour runs or missing items.
