I had a beautiful stay at Shunli! The family who run the hotel are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and I have never seen a hotel so exceptionally clean - every surface shone. I felt so welcomed and slept so deeply at Shunli. Beds are super comfortable. Great location in Phuket's old town, easy to walk around.

The staff were really nice. The organized a taxi for us to drive to the pier. The air conditioning on the room we booked (Air) was broken, but they gave us another room with an extra bed (fire) which was even better for us. The air conditioning was the best ones we had in Thailand- not to hot and not to cold. Clean, every day we got fresh drinking water. The location is perfect. In the old town but in a small street - there is a market with street food there that opens until 17.00 o’clock, next to it a durian shop (everything you can wish made with durian) and at the corner a very famous “Thai pancake” street food vendor.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a family run hotel and gallery that documents the history of a family that migrated to Phuket and integrated into the local community. The artefacts are testimonies to people past and present. The hotel itself is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and elegant. The Woos are delightful, as are the staff they have chosen. The service is respectful, and you feel that your comfort and enjoyment are their top priority. We rated this hotel very highly. Thank you for making our stay so special.
