Our stay at Villa L’Orchidee in Tunis was truly exceptional. We were a group of nine celebrating a milestone birthday, and from the moment of arrival, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Mehdi, together with his dedicated team, ensured that our experience was both seamless and memorable. The level of service exceeded all expectations. No request was too great or too small, and we always felt genuinely cared for. The villa itself was impeccably maintained, with daily cleaning that ensured the highest level of comfort throughout our stay. The complimentary airport transfers to and from the villa were a much-appreciated gesture, setting the tone for the outstanding hospitality that followed. Staff were smazing. Mehdi at reception was very informed to surrounding shops/restaurants. Kept our bags for 2 days before check in. Were also fortunate enough to get upgraded to a suite. Hotel is trendy yet functional at the same time.
