We wanted a comfortable stay after a week of touring Tunisia and this place was perfect for it. Very relaxing atmosphere, located in a nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, promenade along the lake. A bit further though from the main sites in the city, but wasn't a problem to get short taxi rides everywhere. Mr Mehdi was very very helpful with everything.

Everything! -Friendliest staff ever and super helpful especially Kholoud & Mehdi & the parking lot gentlemen. - breakfast was good - room was spacious and comfortable for rest - location excellent especially if you have business in the lake area. One of the few places I really enjoyed in the capital and would for sure go back again.
