Everyone, especially Mr Oytun and the lady at guesrelations (forgot her name unfortunately) were really helpful, they were all going beyond in their role, which was a nice suprise. We really enjoyed our stay. We got a nice room with a beautiful Ankara scenery. Everything was neat, clean and new. Lastly, hotel is in a decent neighbourhood.

The hotel looks beautiful and is decorated tastefully. Everything is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The best thing about this hotel has to be the service. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and the little gestures they made to make our stay extra special really made us say that this is one of the best hotels in Turkey! Location is good too. It is easily within walking distance of some landmarks and eateries.
