Our stay here was amazing, the location is perfect, its very central but also quiet, most bars, restaurants, spas etc were within walking distance. The staff were amazing and so friendly, I even got a special dessert for my birthday, the breakfast was one of the highlights, I will definitely come back to stay here when I return to Antalya! Would 100% recommend!

The personnel was very kind and welcoming. The place made me feel as being at home rather than just being accommodated at a Hotel. Great location, directly in a centre of Kaleiçi old town, with just couple minutes walkable distance to a public transport.

Location in Kaleici was excellent. The rooms were very clean, spacious and equipped with all the neccesities. Oz, the manager, was extremely helpful, going out of his way to ensure our trip was pleasant. He was simply exceptional. Would highly recommend Pruva Inn Hotel

A hidden gem with true hospitality What a breath of fresh air this small-scale hotel is! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcome. The owner is not just someone who runs a hotel – she is a true hostess and a professional. She personally welcomed me with genuine warmth, something you rarely experience in larger hotels. What makes the stay especially unique is the direct communication: if anything comes up, you can reach her immediately and she takes action right away. No hassle, no delays – just how it should be. The room was spotless and beautifully designed with great attention to detail and comfort. Everything worked perfectly: from the mini fridge, TV, and lighting to the electronic door lock. The bed was incredibly comfortable – the mattress was firm and even, with no dips or sagging like you sometimes find elsewhere. Sheets and towels were fresh and clean. I also appreciated the small touches: a mosquito screen, an integrated bidet in the toilet, a water kettle, and an air conditioning unit that you can adjust to your liking – even with a quiet mode that’s barely audible at night. It’s clear that nothing was overlooked. The location is excellent too – just near Luna Garden and within walking distance to everything you might need, including great breakfast spots and shops. All in all, this hotel is a great example of how personal attention, comfort, and quality can come together. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel like a valued guest and not just a number.

New hotel, beautifully renovated, extremely friendly staff. The drinks in the minibar were free of charge and the towels are very soft and they smelled really nice. Very spacious room and everything was clean. Good location in the centre of Kaleiçi. When it rained the staff provided us with an umbrella without us needing to ask. Very thoughtful!

This was our first trip to Antalya and we couldnt have chosen a nicer place than Casa Sur. The hotel location is the best, in the old town right next to Hadrian's gate along the stone wall. The hotel garden was so charming with orange trees, lots of garden seating and quiet. So we walked everywhere, even to the lovely Konyaalti Beach half hour away. Or one can take the Nostalgik tram, which we did on the way back. The team at the hotel were warm and made us feel at home. Nava, Aysa, Nilgun were always present and gave the best suggestions for beach visits, the trek to Lycian Way, organized a guide, airports transfers...everything was smooth and seamless. The food at the resturent was so good, the staff very knowledgeable about th efood and wines. Although we were shocked by how expensive Turkish wines are!! Will definitely choose Casa Sur if we visit the region again. Big thank you!

The hotel is really nice. Our room was spacious and clean, and the view from the window was stunning. The staff went above and beyond to assist the guests. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, with a short distance to the marina and the bazaar. We were very happy with the location.
