I recently had the pleasure of staying at Espoir Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located in a prime area with easy access to local attractions and tramway, the hotel provided the perfect base for my trip. It was amazing that they provided us a parking in front of the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the family that owns the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast, which served a delicious breakfast every morning, offering nice options. The ambiance was relaxing, and it was a great way to start the day. What stood out the most, however, was the impeccable service. The staff were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend Espoir Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. It offers great value for money, a comfortable and luxurious environment, and top-notch service.

Our stay at the Lunet Old City Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is beautifully modern, clean, and stylish, offering a really comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The location is perfect — just tucked off a main road, which means everything is easily accessible without the noise or chaos you’d usually expect from a busy area. It felt peaceful yet central, which was ideal for exploring Istanbul. The staff were absolutely excellent throughout our stay. They attended to every need, were consistently welcoming each time we walked through the door, and carried themselves with total professionalism. Their English was perfect, which made communication so smooth. Their warm attitude genuinely elevated our experience.

Personel was so kind, willing to help even in the middle of the night, I also got a cake for my birthday which was one of the highlits of my stay. Location was great, metro, T1 were so close. The breakfast was good, a lot of options. Room was clean, comfy, modern. Everything was really really great.
