I’m giving 10 points because the overall experience was good and I appreciate the effort.
The check-in process was smooth and convenient, with great communication via WhatsApp. The staff were responsive and helpful, even if only virtually. The neighborhood is pleasant to stay in.
Also, it’s worth noting for future guests: this is not a typical hotel. There is no reception or staff on-site. If you need anything (like fresh towels, cleaning, etc.), you have to request every time. So it’s important to set expectations correctly.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place — especially for independent travelers who value flexibility — but I hope the team keeps working on the little things that make a great place truly exceptional.
