We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect. All the major sites, restaurants and transportation were within walking distance. the staff was so helpful especially Seda Aslan, from guest relations who greeted us each morning with a smile. Breakfast was outstanding and changed every day. We will definitely return on our next trip to Istanbul

The location is just great - the bus and tram stops are just outside the hotel, so the transportation is convenient. Another question is that after 09:00 the public transport is filled to the max, but this has no relation to the hotel :D
The room was slightly below standard size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, there were two bottles of drinking water provided, and fresh bottles were delivered daily. The room was cleaned every day, and overall cleanliness was well maintained.
The bed was very comfortable — the mattresses were excellent, and I slept wonderfully. I also appreciated the availability of two pillows of different sizes (one small and one large), both of which were soft and supportive.
Breakfasts were good, with no complaints at all.
The Wi-Fi connection worked flawlessly in terms of speed and stability, but having to log in again every few hours was a bit inconvenient, especially when working or during video calls.

I had the best week of my life at this guest house! The place was spotless and perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, making it ideal for tourists. It's super secure, and I met amazing people during my stay, along with a friendly dog that added to the fun. A special shoutout to Bashar the chef – he's spontaneous, funny, and knows some great magic tricks. Highly recommended!

Initially we had a noisy room with a run down bathroom however Tarak, one of the wonderful managers upgraded us to a magnificent room. We can’t thank Tarak enough. We have stayed here several times before and he is the best of the managers by far.

It’s very a very clean and comfortable hotel at the heart of Istanbul, everything is nearby at walking distance and there is a free parking on site with a valet which is a massive bonus if you come with a car as parking can be difficult and expensive. The staff is very professional, always here to help. Very good place.
