Everything was clean, the staff was very welcoming ( thanks to Mr Omar ) everything was as expected we did the check in and check out with him and he speaks a very good arabic. And he gave us time to explain and gave us an overview about the city

Superb beautiful hotel located in the Sultanahmet area. We stayed in the Superior Room with a Sea View unit. Impressive view, the room is spacious and bright, so is the bathroom and the bed is very comfy. Massive thanks to Levent and Osman for the help, recommendations, laughs and memories. Thanks also to Endy (from Garden 1897 Restaurant) for the food recommendations and conversation. Breakfast was good, the Garden Restaurant's food was superb, and the hotel location is within walking distance to all the attractions and the Sultanahmet Metro. Superbly friendly and helpful staff. It is truly as advertised.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good location central but with nice views from the upper rooms and easy to walk to shops or restaurants or catch taxis right outside.
