The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a good location with easy walking distance to shopping and offices. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. It was perfect for a short business stay.

The hotel is very nice . It has a parking and this is a big advantage. Great location for us . Memorial hospital is only 10 minutes walking. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable . There is a kitchen box to prepare some fast hot food for the child. 24 hours reception . The staff on the reception is very helpful . I am very grateful for their help as my daughter was with a broken leg and we stood in the hotel 8 days. They met all our special requests. Excellent customer service. All staff ( BKF , Housekeeping ) is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend ELM Suite Hotel and definitely will be back soon. Nina and Marina

We were very pleased with the apartment, we had a family stay, the valley is 5 minutes away from Istanbul, we parked our car comfortably, we used the gym and swimming pool with my child, there is a complex inside, there is security and a children's playground, the owner of the facility took great care of us, I recommend it to everyone.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The room was quiet, so our baby slept peacefully.
