We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect. All the major sites, restaurants and transportation were within walking distance. the staff was so helpful especially Seda Aslan, from guest relations who greeted us each morning with a smile. Breakfast was outstanding and changed every day. We will definitely return on our next trip to Istanbul

We enjoyed our stay at Mina hotel for the 3rd time. The team are very friendly and professional at the same time. The room was well equiped with a clean bathroom and a spacious bed. Initially we had a noisy room with a run down bathroom however Tarak, one of the wonderful managers upgraded us to a magnificent room. We can’t thank Tarak enough. We have stayed here several times before and he is the best of the managers by far.

It’s very a very clean and comfortable hotel at the heart of Istanbul, everything is nearby at walking distance and there is a free parking on site with a valet which is a massive bonus if you come with a car as parking can be difficult and expensive. The staff is very professional, always here to help. Very good place.

Everything was amazing.
Firstly, we reserved smaller room, but we got a bigger one without any extra charge.
Staff was amazing. We had a very warm welcome by receptionist. While drinking a tea, he was explaining us the main city attractions and he offered any kind of help.
Breakfast was amazing too and we got surprised by fresh food waiting for us on our last day.
On my next trip to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is extremely well located and very clean!
The entire staff is amazing! We felt very welcomed.
The rooms are reasonable, not too big, but very comfortable. The beds are great and the rooms well equipped.
