Fantastic staff so friendly and extremely helpful.
Perfect Location if you have children. Shops and restaurants close and the room was very clean. Cleaners came everyday and made the room spotless.
Had a fridge cooker and kettle so handy even had a washing machine and a baby cot for my baby.

Great service from CVK Taksim team during our stay. From the welcoming, to the swift check-in, and guidance to great places to visit, we would especially like to thank Mert, Imran and Mazhar for their genuine support. I had a wonderful time at the Dokus Palas. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and entire hotel is spotless. The service second to none. Surprisingly neat. Great for solo travellers as you will meet lots of new people. The hostel staff are very patient and have sent some of their staff to support due to the earthquake in Turkey and have also organised donations at the hostel. You can feel that this is a responsible and caring hostel. Also, the location is very good, close to the metro and 10 minute's walk from Istiklal Caddesi and Galata Kulesi. The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes walk away.
