The staff is so kind and helpfull. Anything you need just ask. We go the istanbul card, umbrella from them, they even order us food via online web site in the middle of the night. The view from the room is a magic. We really enjoyed while we were in the hotel and we will definitely come back again soon!

You should know the most important thing: this hotel has the best view on Istanbul. Quiet street near ferry and metro station, wonderful location (close to many city sights).

Hotel is perfectly located very near Galata Tower uphill on one side, Galata Bridge downhill on the other side. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Room was kept in immaculate condition.

Super friendly staff, excellent service. Took care of our luggage and my flowers while we were away. Also we had a beautiful view, the terrace is huge. Close to the port and Galata tower, very convenient. Definitely recommend!
