We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the very first minute. Many thanks to Ahmed and all the staff for their hospitality and kind attitude toward guests — we truly felt at home.
The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bathroom was fresh and tidy, with clean bed linen, towels, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping came every day.
Breakfast was simple but nice, and the cappuccino was delicious.
Many tourist spots are within walking distance, and there are lots of nearby cafés with good food and coffee.

The staff are very professional and helpful.
Ms Shukran at the check in was splendid!! Professional, beautiful and very helpful.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of your staff. Everyone was polite, spoke English very well, and was incredibly helpful.
My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the kitchen staff were not only skilled but also warm and welcoming. Their kindness and positive energy truly made a difference.

Great staff, very supportive and helpful. Sincerely caring the most needing time always checking on us and provide things.
The hotel is located close havaist bus station and walk shortly after. Modern and simple, but also clean and comfortable staying in. Our room was upgraded and able open the windows to get fresh air at all times. The Breakfast many varieties and provide fresh stuff what midst travellers need.
I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone staying around Taksim area.
