We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the very first minute. Many thanks to Ahmed and all the staff for their hospitality and kind attitude toward guests — we truly felt at home.
The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bathroom was fresh and tidy, with clean bed linen, towels, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping came every day.
Breakfast was simple but nice, and the cappuccino was delicious.
Many tourist spots are within walking distance, and there are lots of nearby cafés with good food and coffee.

The hotel location was perfect,you could reach the main attractions really fast from there and its only 2-3 minutes from Galataport.The room was really comfortable and also beautiful with all the facilities.The staff was very friendly and helpful sith everything.

The hotel made our wonderful experience in Istanbul perfect. A new boutique hotel, tastefully decorated, very clean, excellent location, a few minutes' walk to the Galata Tower, an excellent breakfast, and the highlight is the wonderful staff who did everything to make us comfortable, led by the amazing Ahmed who gave us excellent recommendations, and helped guide us on how to get to places, even gave us a ticket for public transportation and created a homely and pleasant atmosphere. Even after we forgot valuable items in the room, they were kept for us and efforts were made to deliver them to us. Of course we would love to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel for my husband and my anniversary, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and friendliest staff we've ever encountered.
The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impeccable. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring an immaculate atmosphere for their guests.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic breakfast that was served each morning.
The hotel's location was also a big plus for us. It was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and dining options. We felt like we were in the heart of everything.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the owner, Zeynep. She is an absolute gem, so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention, her adorable dog, Sophia, who added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. It's clear that Zeynep goes above and beyond to ensure her guests feel like family.
To top off our anniversary celebration, the hotel surprised us with a beautiful cake. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our special day even more memorable.

It is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I chose it again because I really like the attention of the staff, they treat me very well, they are very cordial and they help me in everything they can. The rooms are a little small but comfortable, they have what you need, very comfortable bed, spacious and always clean bathroom and I think that after their staff, the highlight is the location, a few steps from a Tram station and in front to the Kabatas boat station that allows you to cross to the Asian side in a few minutes.
I recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
Special thanks to the guys at the reception who helped me with my luggage to take the taxi to the airport, when everything was closed due to the gay pride parade.
