All the hotel staff are very professional, warmful, polite and helpful for everything. Rooms are spacious, very clean everyday. Beds are very comfortable. AC is powerful and perfect. Bath is spacious also. Shower is powerful and hot. No noise from outside. Hotel is also in quiet small street near main street. Delicious breakfast. Hotel has inside and outside terrasse opened 24/24 with free turkish tea. Location is only 2mn walk from T1 station or plenty bus lines station. This is perfect to visit istanbul. On the left street you have many shops and restaurants. CONCLUSION: this Hotel is like good European standard hotel (which is very rare in Istanbul for this low price .. ), I spent a very good week and I recommend for sure this hotel for visiting istanbul.

The staff was very helpful. Especially the receptionist named Akser. Please excuse me if I remember the name incorrectly. They helped with many issues such as parking, room upgrade. The price is quite reasonable for the area.
