First of all, I like that every staff is very helpful and friendly. It does not matter what they are called, from the housekeeper to the manager, they are always interested in your stay, comfort or any needs, they try to help immediately. Always ask your situation, inquiries. Reservation manager Mr Firat is very professional, always try to do the best for guests. Especially I liked this accommodation comfort and clean. The location is very quiet and the coffee shops are a luxury compared to other places. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in search of the best service at a reasonable price. As I have stayed in many hotels in Istanbul, I can give correct comment in terms of breakfast is very delicious, waitress Serpil is friendly and I appreciated the service of her. If you want to have lunch and dinner, they have very best restaurant, very yummy cooked.

Property was well located, room was perfect (large, top floor, huge balcony, bath and shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge), the buffet breakfast was very good, the restaurant menu was limited but we and visitors tried almost everything and the food, presentation and service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The underground car park and easy access to a lift going straight to our floor made the experience even more special.
