I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel has a charming old-style atmosphere, yet it’s very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The family who runs it is incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the experience feel even more special. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing — fresh, generous, and full of local flavors. I highly recommend this place, especially for longer stays. For sure I will be back!

A great apartment for a comfortable stay!
The apartment is located in a convenient and quiet area. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies and public transport nearby, so getting to the center or other parts of the city is not a problem.
The apartment itself is well-maintained, bright and comfortable with a pleasant interior. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen.
Special thanks to the host for his politeness and responsiveness. He was always available to help with any issues and made my stay very comfortable.
This apartment is an ideal choice for those who value comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant living experience. If I need to rent again in this area, I would be happy to return. I highly recommend it to others!

I stayed at this hotel for one night during the Istanbul Marathon, and it was truly exceptional. The location was very convenient – just about 25 minutes’ walk from the starting point. Everything felt luxurious, from the pleasant fragrance in the lobby to the outstanding service. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home right away. They offered a free room upgrade, allowed early check-in and late check-out, and even brought a plate of fresh fruit to my room. These thoughtful touches made my stay unforgettable. From now on, whenever we come to Istanbul, we will only stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

We stayed for the weekend so I could compete in the European triathlon championships. We arrived late in Friday night and unfortunately my bike hadn’t been transported. We were warmly welcomed despite the late check in. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a tasty cocktail and delicious macarons left for us. Every detail was perfect.
Having mentioned my lack of bike on check in I woke to find the hotel staff (Emre) had proactively sourced me a bike from a local bike shop. Arranged a taxi and made it possible for me to actually race which I didn’t think would be a possibility. It really was going above and beyond!
The entire stay was wonderful. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious and it really was a boutique hotel of the highest quality.
It was significantly more expensive than most hotels in Istanbul, but it was worth it. It really was another level

Perfectly located in the Cengelkoy area. Close walk to restaurants, shops etc. Stunning view of the Bosphorus and you can walk down and walk along the Bosphorus. The apartment is also close to the Cengelkoy Harbour or Pier where you can catch the ferry ( using the İstanbulkart) to get across to the kabatas area. From there you catch the tram to the Sultanahmet areas on the European side. All very convenient and cheap. You can also catch the bus from the bus stop just in front of the apartment to the Uskudar, Kadikoy, Beykoz areas.
