Wonderful stay with amazing view of the ocean. The room is good, not small, very clean and modern. It has all the facilities that is expected of a Marriott. What I love most about the hotel is the ocean view, incredible view that we can just sit an enjoy. It's also right in the middle of the ocean side, so it's a short walk to everywhere with plenty of restaurant and cafes. The hotel also offers vallet parking (for extra charge), so it's quite suitable for us with a rental car.

Having stayed in over 100 hotels worldwide, I can confidently say that this one is a safe bet and truly exceeded our expectations. Opened only at the end of August 2025, it is brand new in all aspects and every single employee is extraordinarily kind which should be a new standard in other hotels aswell!
The reception team offered a professional yet warm welcome, and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was a thoughtful touch. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally nice and genuinely welcoming.
The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety and very high-quality food. I would especially like to highlight the chef and the breakfast staff, who were incredibly kind and provided outstanding service. Thank you for the recommendation of the milk jam and the pastries, they were super delicious!!
The rooms were spotless, with beds so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning.
If they manage to keep this level of service and quality, this hotel will surely become very popular in no time.

The host was extremely nice. We arrived very early in the morning and he assisted us to get into the property to leave our luggages before check-in. We also got the room early and they help us with the luggages upto the 4th fl. Very helpful!!
The apartment is well-equipped, we had everything that we want including super fast wi-fi.
Location is convenient, walkable distance from the Basmane station.

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
All the listed facilities and amenities were readily available, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and kind. They went out of their way to suggest wonderful places to visit—especially for delicious local food—and provided us with detailed directions and route guidance to make our sightseeing easy and enjoyable.
They also have a lovely, friendly cat who made our stay even more delightful. One of the highlights was their beautiful terrace, which offers a stunning view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. We were also treated to a delicious homemade breakfast that added a personal and memorable touch to our experience.
Overall, our stay far exceeded expectations, and we would happily return to stay with Erhan and his family again.
