It was a very good tourist trip, an excellent hotel and the reception staff were very good. The girl Elena and the man named Halt were good and very helpful in everything.

Everything was exceptional. Wide and delicious food selection, great beach, spacious rooms and amazing entertainment team. We especially would like to thank Ruth and Fareye (from dance & entertainment team) and tennis coach Onur. They have added a great value to our lovely vacation. Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

This was a new and modern hotel, with impeccably clean rooms (shout out to the great cleaner on floor 3 👏🏼😊). The hotel is situated just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is well signposted. The bar staff were always friendly and the animators full of energy. Thanks for a great 10 days!

Great food, friendly stuffs, helpful children care, comfort spa! Great food: International dishes everyday, and has 3 nights of a week with different themes, like Turkey, Asia, seafood. What we like most are Turkish food. Friendly stuffs: The stuffs in restuarance and cafe are very friendly. The personal assistant tries to solve all your problems. The Christmas eve activity is exceeded our expectations. Helpful children care Monday to Saturday 4.5 hours children care, very helpful. If it can be prelonged to 6 hours (covers lunch time), even better! Comfort spa: The massage is professional. I think they do want to bring the best experience to guests from their hearts!

For our stay, we sought a relaxing atmosphere with the presence of other families, kid-friendly facilities, and a balance between quiet in the rooms when the kids slept and the option for some fun after 10 p.m. For dining, we hoped for a wide variety of high-quality food catering to different diets and cultural cuisines, with plenty of fresh produce. In terms of facilities and service, we wanted clean, cozy rooms, seamless service, beautifully maintained gardens, and thoughtful decor. You can see that every centimeter of the property is loved and cherished. Our experience was exceptional, and all of our expectations were fully met. We are looking forward to coming back to this place next year. Our expectations were exceeded in the following areas: the Kids Club, the Laser Show, and the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel, even when it was fully booked.
