Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes.
Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds.

Room spacious enough for 4 adults. Big bathroom cum toilet. The window ledge behind the bed was dusty. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towel and clothes which was inconvenient. Staff very friendly.

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.
