Everything was gorgeous- the room, decor, furniture, amenities, etc. The staff were super friendly - it was really nice being greeted at the door each time we left or returned to the hotel. The breakfast was also very filling - you get a choice of different sets ranging from western to Taiwanese and more. They have a small but super clean gym, outdoor swimming pool, and the sauna included a steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge pool (16 degrees Celsius). The bed was also so soft and comfortable- I don’t know what thread count they use but I want the same sheets for my bed!

The room interior design was just like the hotel’s name, cosy and comfortable. I like the Muji style. Room space is sufficient and toilet has bathtub and shower. Bedsheets are very clean.
I also felt welcomed by the staff, especially the young lady at the lobby during breakfast. Breakfast area was beautiful and spacious with a high ceiling. Breakfast food was not bad with a wide selection.
I like the convenience of the location, it’s next to the mrt station exit. This exit also has escalator.

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

The staff was very nice and friendly, helped me arrange a shuttle at the last minute (you need to order 30 minutes in advance, which I didn't know). The room was spacious and clean.
