Maggie is very helpful.. She pays attention to all details, very welcoming n make sure everything is okay whenever u r at lobby. The place even an automated chair for elderly tat have difficulty taking stairs.. tat's super helpful ! The breakfast and dinner r Awesome and all the staffs r very friendly. even give us free upgrade to bigger room ! Awesome view frm balcony for sunrise !! and convenient to go 711 and bus stop.. Highly recommend !!!

Mr Lin is an exceptional host. He goes above and beyond t help people. He drove all the way to taichung to drop my family to the hsr railway station which is more than an hour away. Cant thank him enough. The place has a view to die for. The food was great. All in all 10/10 experience.

Everything. Room is well decorated, large space, excellent view, top level meal, and free mini bar. The most impressive is the one-hour night concert demonstrated with very high end audio system. Should come back again.
