Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well located and very good English speaking front desk team. We booked only one night as experience in Beitou hot springs and we finally stayed 3 nights because is possible to go to easily, faster and cheaper to many Taipéi attractions by Uber (Uber in Taipei is amazing good and cheap). The private hot spring is very spacious for two people. The bath room is better than the pictures.

Fantastic hotel, great for long and short term stays! I was here last year for almost a month, and it was like being at home. Very professional and friendly Personnel. I just always chose this amazing place because it feels like home. You have a hot spring in Your own bathroom and the views are great, everything is super clean. Breakfast is amazing - great selection of traditional Chinese food and nice afternoon tea snacks.

the place is clean, the staff is friendly, bunk beds are not making noises when climbing, the room has AC, and generally its a comfortable place to be in. They also have a "vending machine" that has some handy stuff, and no, it is not overpriced.
