Great location, well-designed rooms, overall a nice atmosphere. We were staying there for a couple of days to explore Taipei for the first time, and while at times it might have been more convenient to stay somewhere closer to the actual hustlend bustle of the touristy areas, we actually found that we really enjoyed how central this hotel was. It was a source of relaxation after a long day of city exploring.

We booked the premium room and it was very well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious and well designed, there was a small pantry with a minibar and coffee machine and kettle, lots of storage space for 2 travellers. We really liked the small sitting area which allowed us to enjoy the room without sitting on the bed. The bed is very comfortable. In the morning you can start your day in the lobby and outdoor sitting area for coffee and soy milk. In the evening, drinks and snacks. Bravo!

Stayed in a small single room for three nights. Knowing it is small and without windows, I was expecting much worse. But it was not that small, fully sufficient for 1,92 m. like me. Although there is no window, but there is a nice lounge and a nice lighting system in the room.

The staff were all amazing and looked afer me, as I only speak English. The main desk man helped me with my laundry and also found a local bar and arranged a taxi, and when I came back and had lost my keys he created a new key and made sure it worked. Everything just very customer focessed and caring.
